Trailblazers
Energetic, competitive, ambitious, goal-oriented, and aggressive in nature. They are independent, logical, and practical while taking decisions.
Business strength: Medical, Technical, Finance, Legal, and Consultation.
Go-getters
Good leaders and good managers excel at motivating themselves and those around them. They can work well in unfamiliar environments also.
Business strength: Retail or some innovative business.
Managers
They are dominant and independent. They are also goal-oriented and focus more on processes and outcomes than on people. Can deal with customers, so are able to grow business.
Business strength: Great behind the scene leaders- love working with systems, concepts, ideas, and technology.
Motivators
They have a high level of sociability. They are able to work under pressure. They are the change-makers in society. Motivators do well in customer service roles and relation-making.
Business strength: Retail or any other business which involves people with partners.
Authoritarians
Authoritarians are loyal and cooperative in nature and follow the rules, policies, and procedures carefully. They are relaxed and great team players.
Business strength: Stores where the need for the product or service is strong, like Dry cleaning stores, liquor shops, etc.
Collaborators
Collaborators have sociability. They are not comfortable with getting new ideas; they like to follow prescribed rules and guidelines.
Business strength: Customer service oriented or retail business.
Diplomats
Active and energetic in nature. They are restless and enjoy working under pressure. They are adjustable in different situations. They are multitasking kinds of people. They work well with deadlines.
Business Strength: Retail or people-oriented environment.
